Parts saved from work orders. You can edit prices, remove entries, or add new parts manually.

Backups include your full database (customers, work orders, invoices, settings, and shop logo). Automatic backups run daily and the most recent 14 are kept. Manual backups are kept until you delete them.

Archiving hides old completed/invoiced work orders (and their invoices) from the default All Work Orders and Invoices lists. Nothing is deleted — archived records stay fully viewable via the "Show Archived" toggle on those tabs. Only completed or invoiced work is ever eligible; active work and estimates are never archived.

This section is protected by a separate admin password — not the manager PIN.
